What is ZICO Holdings Inc.’s Whistleblowing Policy about?
ZICO Holdings Inc. (“ZICO”) believes in maintaining a high level of integrity and propriety in all dealings by itself and its subsidiaries. ZICO does not tolerate any malpractice, impropriety, statutory non-compliance or wrongdoing by its personnel. Our Whistleblowing Policy sets out the framework to promote responsible and secure whistleblowing by affording protection to the whistleblower.
Who can complain?
We encourage anyone who is aware of any wrongdoing committed by our employees or representatives to disclose it to us. All complaints will be dealt with. Unless required by law, the identity of the whistleblower will be kept in strict confidence and will not be disclosed without the consent or approval of the whistleblower.
How does one lodge a complaint?
A complaint can be lodged in writing or by email addressed to our Chief Risk Officer, Mr. Paul P Subramaniam. Alternatively, you may call to speak to him.
